Get the account's cache keys

GET 
/api/v1/accounts/:id/cache_keys

Version markers for the collections the dashboard caches — labels, inboxes, teams and the rest. A client compares them against what it holds and refetches only what moved.

Cached for ten seconds and served stale for up to five minutes while it refreshes, because every page load asks for it.
