Approve or decline a write the copilot proposed

/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/assistant/copilot_threads/:copilot_thread_id/copilot_messages/:id/resolve_action

The assistant does not act on its own: when it wants to change something it proposes the write and waits. Nothing it asked for has happened until this runs.

confirm: true runs the tool, checked against your own permission for it — an agent cannot approve a write they could not perform themselves. false rejects it and nothing runs.

The card is claimed before the tool executes, so a tool that fails cannot leave a proposal that is still confirmable a second time.

A proposal already resolved answers 422.
