Re-crawl an assistant document

POST 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/assistant/documents/:id/sync

Queues a fresh crawl and answers 202 — the work happens in the background, so poll the document to see how it ended.

Only a web document can be synced. A PDF has no source to re-read and answers 422, as does a document that is not currently available.
