Duplicate an automation rule

POST 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/automation_rules/:automation_rule_id/clone

Copies the rule with its conditions and actions, so a variation can be built without retyping it.

The copy keeps the original's name and its active flag — a clone of an active rule is active immediately. Rename it and turn it off first if that is not what you want.
