Remove a card

DELETE 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/billing/remove_payment_method

Detaches a card from the account. Answers with the cards that are left.

Removing the card a live subscription charges leaves it with nothing to bill — add another and make it the default first.

Administrators only. Whoever pays the account is who may change it, and an agent has no business seeing the company card — the check is here in the API, not just hidden in the menu.
