Act on many records at once

Queues one action against a list of conversations or contacts and answers immediately — the work happens in the background, so a 200 means it was accepted, not finished.

At most 250 ids per request. The cap exists because the selection comes from a page in the interface; a scripted caller asking for more is refused rather than turned into an unbounded job.

Deleting contacts is checked against the caller's permission to delete a contact, not just to edit one.

The two subjects still take different shapes. A conversation reads fields and snoozed_until; a contact reads action_name with labels. Both read ids.
