Create a Twilio inbox

/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/channels/twilio_channel

Connects a Twilio number and creates the inbox for it in one call.

The credentials are verified against Twilio before anything is written, so bad ones fail here rather than at the first send. For an SMS number the webhook is registered with Twilio in the same request; WhatsApp numbers are configured on Twilio's side.

Authenticate either with the account SID and its auth token, or with an API key — pass api_key_sid alongside the secret in auth_token and the account SID.

The whole thing is one transaction: if webhook setup fails, no inbox is left behind.
