List what a contact deletion would take with it

/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/contacts/:id/dependencies

What goes when this contact is deleted, with counts. Ask before deleting.

Conversations and notes are automatic — they always go. Deals and tasks are optional, and both are flagged as orphaning: a deal left behind loses the only contact it had, which is exactly what produced the ghost cards on the board. The dialog checks deals by default for that reason.

Only dependencies that actually have rows are listed, so an empty array means nothing to warn about.
