Get the draft of a conversation

GET 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/conversations/:conversation_id/draft_messages

What was typed into the reply box and never sent. Kept in Redis, not in the database, and shared by everyone looking at the conversation — there is one draft per conversation, not one per agent.

Answers 200 either way: has_draft tells you whether there is one.
