Translate a message

POST 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/conversations/:conversation_id/messages/:id/translate

Translates the message through the account's Google Translate integration and stores the result on the message, keyed by language, so the same request never costs twice.

A message already translated into that language answers 200 with an empty body — the stored translation is already on the message.

Without the integration configured, the translation comes back empty rather than failing.

Success. The body carries the translation, and is empty when the message was already translated into that language.
