Add participants

POST 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/conversations/:conversation_id/participants

Adds the users to the conversation. Additive — anyone already following stays, and adding someone twice is not an error.

The response lists only what this call added, not the full set. Read the list endpoint for that, or use PATCH, which returns everyone.
