Replace participants

PATCH 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/conversations/:conversation_id/participants

Sets the participant list to exactly user_ids: whoever is missing from it is removed, whoever is new is added. Sending an empty array clears the list.

Unlike POST, this answers with the resulting set.
