List a conversation's attachments

GET 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/conversations/:id/attachments

Every file exchanged in the conversation, newest first, 100 per page. This is the media panel — it reads the attachments directly rather than walking the messages, so a conversation with thousands of messages and a handful of files answers cheaply.
