Delete a conversation

DELETE 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/conversations/:id

Deletes the conversation and its messages. The contact stays, and so do its other conversations.

The deletion is recorded with the acting user and the request IP, so it can be traced afterwards. It needs the permission to delete a conversation, which is narrower than the one to see it.
