Start an import

/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/data_imports

The last of three steps: analyze uploads and inspects the file, preview shows what each row would become, and this one commits it.

Pass the blob_id that analyze returned — the file is not uploaded again. Any custom field the mapping targets and the account does not have yet is created here, so the import never fails partway for a missing field.

Answers as soon as the import is queued; poll GET /data_imports/{id} for progress.
