Preview what an import would do

/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/data_imports/preview

Second of the three steps. Re-reads the stored file with the mapping you chose and answers with the funnel — how many rows are valid, duplicates, missing a required field, or invalid — plus a per-row verdict.

Writes nothing. Run it before create so the counts are seen first.
