Add a note to a deal

POST 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/deals/:deal_id/activities

Writes a note_added entry attributed to the authenticated user. This is the only activity type that can be created through the API — the rest are written by the system as the deal changes.

Requires permission to edit the deal, not just to see it.
