Create a pipeline

/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/deal_pipelines

Creates a pipeline, with its columns in the same request.

This endpoint takes the wrapped body only — everything goes under a deal_pipeline key. Stages and members are nested attributes: send the whole set you want, and mark a member for removal with _destroy.

deal_pipeline_members_attributes is dropped unless the caller is an administrator. Who may open a funnel is not something an agent can grant themselves.
