Reorder a stage's cards

Writes the order of one board column in a single request.

A column mixes deals and tasks, which live in different tables with their own position scales, so the order only holds if the merged list is renumbered together: each item's position becomes its index in items. Send the whole column, not just what moved.

A card dragged in from another stage is moved in the same pass — its pipeline and stage are set to this one. Items already in place are skipped, so resending an unchanged column writes nothing.
