Update a pipeline

Updates a pipeline and, through nested attributes, its stages and members in the same request.

The body shape is the same as on create: everything under a deal_pipeline key. A nested item with an id updates that record, one without creates it, and one with _destroy: true removes it. deal_pipeline_members_attributes is dropped unless the caller is an administrator.
