Add a stage to a pipeline

POST 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/deal_pipelines/:deal_pipeline_id/deal_stages

Adds a column to a pipeline. The body goes under a deal_stage key.

stage_type is not settable here: a stage created this way is regular. Use the pipeline's nested deal_stages_attributes to make one the entry or the conclusion.
