List what a deal deletion would take with it

GET 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/deals/:id/dependencies

What else disappears if this deal is deleted. Ask before deleting, so the choice is made with the counts in hand.

A dependency whose mode is automatic goes regardless. One whose mode is optional survives unless its key is named in the delete's cascade parameter — a task stands on its own without a deal, so leaving it behind is a legitimate choice.
