Create a calendar event

POST 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/google_calendar/events

Writes straight to Google and answers once it confirms, then caches the event locally so it appears without waiting for the next sync.

Guests are always notified — that is a product decision, not a parameter.

Without calendar_id the event lands on the connection's primary calendar.
