Delete a WhatsApp template

DELETE 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/inboxes/:inbox_id/whatsapp_templates/:id

Deletes it at Meta. Messages already sent with it stay in their conversations.

Meta identifies a template by name as well as by id, so pass name alongside the path id.

Restricted to WhatsApp Cloud inboxes: 360dialog keeps its templates behind a different API and WAHA has none at all, so anything else answers 400.
