/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/inboxes/:inbox_id/whatsapp_templates/library

Meta's catalogue of prewritten templates, to start from instead of authoring one. Take a result's name and pass it as library_template_name when creating.

Restricted to WhatsApp Cloud inboxes: 360dialog keeps its templates behind a different API and WAHA has none at all, so anything else answers 400.
