Edit a WhatsApp template

/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/inboxes/:inbox_id/whatsapp_templates/:id

Only the components can change — the name, language and category are fixed once Meta has the template. An edit sends it back for review.

Restricted to WhatsApp Cloud inboxes: 360dialog keeps its templates behind a different API and WAHA has none at all, so anything else answers 400.
