Cancel the WhatsApp history import

POST 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/inboxes/:id/cancel_sync

Stops a WAHA history import. Each pending batch checks the run before doing work, so the fan-out winds down on its own — nothing is killed mid-flight and the messages already imported stay.

Answers canceled whether or not there was a run to cancel.
