Check the WhatsApp history import

/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/inboxes/:id/sync_status

Progress of a WAHA history import, for polling while it runs.

Pass run_id to follow one particular run through its whole lifecycle, including after it finishes. Without it, this reports the inbox's active run and answers status: idle once there is none — so a finished run looks the same as one that never started.
