Get the MCP server settings

GET 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/mcp

What Settings > Developer > MCP shows: whether the server is on for this account, the URL an external AI client configures, the tools it would be granted, and the most recent tool calls.

Read-only. Keys are created on the API keys page, and the server itself is turned on by the mcp_server feature. Administrators only.
