List notifications

GET 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/notifications

The authenticated user's notifications in this account, newest first, 15 per page.

By default this is the inbox: unread, not snoozed, not trashed. includes widens it — but trashed is a listing of its own, never a mix: asking for it returns only trashed rows.

The response is wrapped in data.
