Move a notification to the trash

POST 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/notifications/:id/trash

Sets trashed_at and resets last_activity_at, so the 30-day purge counts from now rather than from when the notification arrived. It leaves the default listing and appears under includes=trashed.
