Delete a product

DELETE
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/products/:id

This reaches into the deals. Every line item referencing the product is destroyed with it, so the product disappears from each deal that carried it.

The deals it was on are recalculated in the same request: recurrence_price, one_time_price and total_price are rewritten from the line items that are left, so a deal stops reporting a price nothing on it backs any more.
