Validate a discount coupon

POST 
/api/v1/public_checkout/coupon

Resolves a coupon code against Stripe so the order summary shows the same discount the invoice will apply.

No API key. Rate limited, because validating a code is an oracle: without a ceiling, the active coupons could be discovered by trial.
