Receive a WhatsApp call event

/public/api/v1/waha/:inbox_identifier/call

Where WAHA reports a call on the session.

Called by the WAHA server, not by you. There is no API key: the inbox identifier in the path is what names the session, and the payload is WAHA's own.

Answers quickly by design — the work is queued rather than done inline, so a busy session's webhooks are never held open behind a slow round trip.
