List tasks

GET 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/tasks

The account's tasks, soonest deadline first, filtered by any combination of the parameters below.

An agent sees tasks in the pipelines they have access to, plus every task that belongs to no pipeline at all — a standalone task is not gated by funnel permissions. An administrator sees all of them.
