Mark an internal channel read

POST 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/team_channels/:id/read

Moves the caller's read marker, which is what the unread badge is computed from. Without last_read_message_id it jumps to the channel's newest message.

The interface calls this whenever the channel is open and messages land, so the badge follows what was actually seen.
