Start the Twitter authorization

POST 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/twitter/authorization

Requests a temporary OAuth token from X and answers with the authorize URL to send the user to.

Administrators only. Anyone else is refused.

Nothing is connected by this call — it only produces the link. The channel appears once the user finishes at the provider and it calls back.
