Empty the account

POST 
/api/v1/accounts/:id/reset

Destroys the account's data and cannot be undone. There is no confirmation step after this call: typing the account name into account_name is the gate, and a name that does not match is refused.

Everything goes except the categories named in preserve. The work is queued, so the response only says it was scheduled.
