Rotate an agent bot's access token

POST 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/agent_bots/:id/reset_access_token

Issues a new token and answers with the bot carrying it.

The old token stops working immediately. Anything authenticating as this bot has to be updated in the same breath.
