List AI assistants

GET
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/assistant/assistants

The account's assistants, in order.

An account with none gets one. The first time this is called on an account that has never had an assistant, a default one is created with every capability on, so the area is never empty. The model, the persona and the inboxes it answers on are configured in the Super Admin panel, not here.
