List calendar events

/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/calendar_events

Everything with a date on it, merged into one feed: deals by expected close date, tasks by due date, scheduled messages and broadcasts by send time, and Google Calendar events and Google Tasks for the connected user.

Returned as a bare array, not paginated. Each entry shares the same envelope — type, title, date, and the flags the grid renders with — plus a meta whose contents depend on the type.

An administrator sees the whole account. Anyone else sees only what they are responsible for, so the calendar never widens the access the CRM pages grant. Google Tasks are personal either way.

Concluded items stay in the feed rather than disappearing, flagged done, so the month keeps a record of what happened. Only cancelled scheduled messages drop out.
