Connect a Facebook page as an inbox

GET 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/callbacks/register_facebook_page

Creates the channel and the inbox for a page, and picks up its avatar and its linked Instagram business account in the same transaction.

Connecting a new page is gated by the plan — an account without channel_facebook is refused. Reauthorizing a page that already exists is not, so an account that already answers there keeps answering after a plan change.

Routed on both POST and GET with identical behaviour; POST is the one to use.
