Remove custom attributes from a company

POST 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/companies/:id/destroy_custom_attributes

Deletes the named keys from the company's custom_attributes. This is the only way to remove one — a PATCH merges and can therefore only add or overwrite.

The list goes at the top level of the body, not inside company, and it has to be an array: anything else answers 422.
