Search contacts to file under a company

GET 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/companies/:company_id/contacts/search

Finds contacts to add to this company, so it deliberately excludes the ones already filed under it — this is the picker behind "add contact", not a search of the company's own contacts. Use the list endpoint for those.

Contacts filed under a different company do come back, with company telling you where they are now; filing one here moves it.
