Find a contact by its channel identifier
POST/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/contact_inboxes/filter
Resolves the contact behind a channel-side id — a WhatsApp chat id, a widget identifier — without knowing the contact id.
Answers 404 when no contact is linked to that identifier on that inbox, which is how a caller tells "unknown sender" from "known contact".
