Import contacts from a file

/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/contacts/import

Queues a contact import and answers immediately.

This is the older, single-step import: it takes the file and runs. The three step wizard under Data Imports — analyze, preview, create — is what the interface uses, and it lets the column mapping be reviewed first.
