Re-read a contact's WhatsApp identity

/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/contacts/:id/sync

Fetches this contact's WhatsApp identifiers from the channel again, settles any duplicate the account was holding for the same person, and pulls their history once more.

Queued. All of it is a round trip to WAHA followed by a merge that can move thousands of messages, so this only reports that it started — the sidebar updates itself when the identifiers land.

Use it when the same person shows up twice, or when a number reaches you under an identifier the account does not recognise.
