React to a message
POST/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/conversations/:conversation_id/messages/:id/reaction
Sends the reaction to the channel first, then records it locally — so a provider rejection reaches the caller instead of leaving a reaction that only exists here.
One reaction per person. A user has at most one on a given message, so
sending a different emoji replaces theirs rather than adding a second. Sending
an empty emoji removes it. Reactions live on the message under
content_attributes.reactions, each with the sender that left it.
Only WhatsApp channels take reactions — the Cloud API channel and WAHA. On any other channel this answers 422. On WhatsApp the message also has to have been delivered: one still waiting for its provider id cannot be reacted to.

Conversation or message not found
The channel does not support reactions, the message was never delivered, or the provider rejected it. Nothing is recorded locally in any of those cases.
