Transcribe a message's audio

/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/conversations/:conversation_id/messages/:id/transcribe

Turns the message's audio attachment into text and stores it on the attachment, so the transcript is there next time the thread is opened.

This is the explicit, agent-triggered path: it skips the gates the automatic transcription answers to (the account toggle and the Assistant quota) and needs only a configured OpenAI key. It also surfaces the real reason on failure, instead of giving up quietly the way the background job does.

Runs inline, so the response waits on the transcription.
