Schedule a message sequence

/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/conversations/:conversation_id/scheduled_messages

Queues one or more messages to go out later. The steps are sent in the order given, each waiting delay_seconds after the one before it.

once, weekly and monthly fire at scheduled_at. after_action ignores it and fires when trigger_event happens instead.

To attach files, send multipart/form-data and index the steps — scheduled_message[steps][0][content], scheduled_message[steps][0][file] — so the order survives even when only some of them carry a file.
